Appointment of CMS licensee representatives
Who is eligible to be appointed as a representative for CMS licensees?
The individual to be appointed must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 21 years old;
- Satisfy certain minimum academic qualification and examination requirements;
- Satisfy the fit and proper criteria prescribed in MAS Guidelines.
