- Persons with physical disabilities and their caregivers can be exempted from financing rules for the purchase of one motor vehicle if they meet their financial institution’s credit assessment. Exemptions for Persons with Disabilities Persons with physical disabilities (PD) and their caregivers can apply to their financial institution (FI) for an exemption from motor vehicle financing rules. They can qualify for one loan with an LTV ratio of up to 100%, and a loan tenure of not more than 10 years.
