Appointment of CMS licensee representatives

The applicable fees are as follows:

• Fixed fee of S$200 for each new lodgment;
• Fixed annual fee or S$700 or S$200 for each representative, depending on the CMS regulated activities conducted. This fee is charged on a "highest" basis, meaning that the annual fee payable by a provisional representative will be pro-rated based on the period from the date the representative’s appointment is reflected on the Public Register of Representatives, to 31 December of the same year.
