Difference between processing times for foreign company setting up in Singapore


Re-domicile in Singapore

"It may take up to 2 months from the date of submission of all required documentation, to process the transfer of registration application. This includes the time required for referral to another government agency for approval or review. "The application is usually processed within 15 minutes after the name application fee is paid. 

It may take between 14 days to 2 months if the application needs to be referred to another agency for approval or review.
