The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) of the Singapore Police Force announced today that they will extend the Joint Investigations Arrangement to cover all offences under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA) and Financial Advisers Act (FAA).
