What kind of capital market products can a VCC deal with?
VCCs can invest in a wide range of financial products and strategies including equities (listed and unlisted), bonds, funds, options, derivatives, etc.
However, please note that for the purposes of the Section 13 tax exemptions, the business of holding and trading of Singapore immovable properties are not included. Please refer to our designated investments for list of designated investments that qualify for Section 13 tax exemptions.
